The Rebelettes on tour at WIDA Scottish Open Championships

We took a handful of the Rebelettes to the WIDA Scottish Open Championships held in Livingston, Scotland. It was a grand occasion for two of our youngest Rebelettes Shelia and Zoe who were both dancing in their very first full dance competition. What a way to start your Irish dancing career by going to a World Qualifier for your first competition. Shelia danced an amazing reel to finish 3rd overall in her age group and Zoe whizzed around the stage and danced her heart out and finished 4th in her age group.
We had our 'firecracker' Jess up next and she blew us all away with a refined set of results earning a 3rd, 2nd and podium topping 1st place in her best dance, the Slip Jig. We have now found ourselves with a new Primary Grade Irish dancer!
